REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns but are more than willing to replace any item that arrives damaged or broken. Items cannot be returned because you are unhappy with the scent. If you should receive the incorrect item(s), we will ship out to you the correct items within 10 days after receiving your inquiry of “Wrong Item” received. You have 10 days after receiving your incorrect item to request your replacement “Correct” item. You can email your request along with photo images of “Wrong Item” received, which must match your previous order placed to order@moodsbymichelle.com. If your request for “Correct” item replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact support for any return question at hello@moodsbymichelle.com.

Damages and issues We do our best to ensure your order arrives safe and intact, however, this is out of our control once orders have been picked up by the carrier service. Please inspect your order upon reception and if for some reason your items arrive damaged or broken, contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is our priority to ship orders the same day. But due to the nature of our business, all products are handmade at time order is placed, therefore shipping usually takes place within 7 days.

For orders placed for in-stock orders, they will be processed and shipped same day. For orders to be processed and shipped on the same day, they must be placed by 12:00 NOON EST. We use various carriers to ship your order which allows us to provide you with a flat rate shipping fee and ensures you will get your items in a timely manner.

All orders that include back – orders or out of stock items, we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock upon receipt of your order, and the remaining items in your order will be shipped once they are back in stock which is usually withing 7-10 days.
