REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns but are more than willing to replace any item that arrives damaged or broken. Items cannot be returned because you are unhappy with the scent. If you should receive the incorrect item/s, we will ship out to you the correct items within 10 days after receiving your inquiry of “Wrong Item” received. You have 10 days after receiving your incorrect item to request your replacement “Correct” item. You can email your request along with photo images of “Wrong Item” received, which must match your previous order placed to order@moodsbymichelle.com.

If your request for “Correct” item replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safe and intact, however, this is out of our control once orders have been picked up by the carrier service. Please inspect your order upon reception and if for some reason your items arrive damaged or broken, contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
